We proudly stand behind all our products. At BethelFixtures.com, we offer all of our manufacturers guarantees. You can return any product purchased from us within 20 days of the receipt of the product. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.
1. Please email us at customerservice@bethelfixtures.com and request a return authorization code (RAC). Also, please provide an explanation why your product needs to be returned.
2. Return items using the address on the customer order form. If you no longer have the customer order form, please write your name, order number, address, RAC and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. Anything you return should be unopened or in otherwise new condition in its original carton, to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund.
3. We will contact you with details of your refund once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned. BethelFixtures.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at BethelFixtures.com.
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
